1. Store information

Zelvara Style is an online clothing store operating from Spain. Through our website, customers can browse and buy clothing and fashion products from our catalogue.

2. Products and prices

Products are shown with their features and price. Prices include applicable taxes. Zelvara Style may change prices or available products at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.

3. Orders and payments

To place an order, the customer selects the products, provides the necessary details and confirms the purchase. Payment is made through the website's secure payment system. Once the order is confirmed, the customer receives a confirmation email.

4. Shipping

Orders ship free, with a tracking number, to the address provided by the customer. The estimated delivery time is 7 to 12 business days. More information in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns

Customers can return an item within 30 days of receiving their order. If the return is due to the customer's mistake (for example, the size), the customer pays the return shipping costs; if it is Zelvara Style's mistake, we pay them. More information in our Refund Policy.

6. Faulty products

If the customer receives a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, they should contact Zelvara Style as soon as possible at zelvarastyle@gmail.com, stating the order number and, where necessary, providing photos. The rights and guarantees recognised by law will apply.
